Before you come
Is a sound bath right for me?
Sound baths are gentle and suit most people. Please check with your doctor, and let me know before booking, if any of these apply to you:
- You are pregnant, especially in the first trimester
- You have a pacemaker, defibrillator or other implanted medical device
- You have epilepsy or a history of seizures triggered by sound
- You have had recent surgery or have an injury that makes lying down uncomfortable
- You are living with a serious mental-health condition such as psychosis or severe depression
- You wear hearing aids (you may prefer to remove them during the gong)
You are always welcome to sit up, adjust or step out at any time. Please arrive 10 minutes early so we can begin together; once the sound begins, doors close.
Sound healing and energy work are complementary practices. They are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
