Internal Bliss Healing (Christina Cox, Noblesville, Indiana) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Contact form: your name, email, phone (optional) and message.
Find Your Path: the choices you make, and your first name, intention and email if you choose to share them.
Tickets and bookings: your name, email, phone and what you booked. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) that our hosting provider processes to keep the site secure and working.
Newsletter and text sign-ups: your name, your email or mobile number, and the choices you ticked (with the date and the wording you agreed to).

How we use it

To reply to your message and provide the sessions and events you book.
To send your tickets, confirmations, the Path Card you request, and important updates about your booking.
To understand which parts of the site are helpful, in aggregate.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use advertising trackers on this website.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help run this website and business: Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting), our email provider (to send confirmations), and our booking and client-management tools. Each handles your information only to provide its service.

Text messages

If you choose to receive text messages from Internal Bliss Healing (for example, event-day details for a booking, or announcements of upcoming events), we use your mobile number only to send those messages and to reply to you. Each kind of message has its own checkbox, and none is required to buy a ticket.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our texting provider (Kairvio, and its carrier partner Twilio) processes messages only to deliver them on our behalf.

You can stop texts at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. See our Terms for details.

Your browser

Your cart is saved in your own browser so it’s still there if you come back. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and contact records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet tax and legal obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by emailing christina@internalblisshealing.com.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
