Refunds & cancellations
Full refund up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days, tickets can’t be refunded, but you can transfer your spot to a friend or move to a future date once (up to 48 hours before). If I cancel or reschedule, you’ll receive a full refund.
Events, ceremonies and workshops
- More than 7 days before the event: full refund, or a transfer to another date if you prefer.
- Within 7 days of the event: tickets can’t be refunded, because spaces are limited and often have a waitlist. You can give your spot to a friend, or move to a future date once, up to 48 hours before the event.
- Less than 48 hours before, or if you don’t attend: no refund or transfer.
- Online (livestream) tickets follow the same timing.
Courses and multi-session programmes
Full refund up to 7 days before the first session. After that, tickets can be transferred to the next running of the course.
One-on-one sessions
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Sessions missed without notice may not be rescheduled.
If I cancel or reschedule
If I need to cancel or move an event for any reason, including weather or illness, you’ll receive a full refund or a transfer to the new date, whichever you prefer.
How to request a refund or transfer
Email christina@internalblisshealing.com or call or text 765-546-0850 with your order number (it’s in your confirmation email). Refunds go back to the original card and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
