Begin the descent

About ten seconds. Sound on, if you can.

The Arrival

Arrive heavy. Leave resonant.

Five nights in the jungle outside Tulum, with the freedom to spend your days exactly as you wish: rest, explore, connect, nourish, and simply be.

The invitation is simple: step away from the demands of everyday life and return to yourself.

Imagine waking up to the sounds of tropical birds, wandering along winding jungle pathways, sipping fresh juice beneath the trees, and choosing from a beautiful collection of wellness experiences: a morning yoga class, a plant-based lunch, a creative workshop, an afternoon by the pool, or a healing ceremony.

And perhaps the most beautiful part? There is no pressure to do anything. There's no rigid schedule to follow and no expectation to constantly be doing, healing or transforming. We gather for opening, integration and closing circles; the rest of each day is yours to create.

I'm Christina Cox, a consciousness and embodiment coach and sound healing practitioner, and I'm your host. Rather than leading every activity, I'm here to create a welcoming community, open and close our circles, and hold space for whatever unfolds. Holistika's own practitioners lead their classes, ceremonies and workshops.

Come exactly as you are. Leave with whatever the experience brings you.

Questions

Can I come on my own?

Yes, most guests do. We all stay together in the Beehive, Holistika’s shared dorm of eight, so you arrive to a circle that’s ready for you.

Do I have to do every activity?

No. Everything is optional. Join the circles you’re drawn to, book the experiences that call you, or spend the whole afternoon by the pool. This retreat is about honoring your own rhythm.

Who leads the classes and ceremonies?

Holistika’s own practitioners lead the yoga, breathwork, sound healing, ceremonies and workshops. I’m your host: I open and close our circles, hold the daily integration gatherings, and I’m there for whatever comes up.

How does the $400 credit work?

Spend it on whatever feels right: meals at Tierra, Holistika’s plant-based restaurant, classes, ceremonies, creative workshops or a temazcal. Experiences are subject to Holistika’s schedule and booking requirements, and anything beyond your credit is yours to cover.

How do I get there?

Our group plans to fly from Indianapolis into Tulum International Airport (TQO), and each guest books their own flights. A private driver takes you between Tulum airport and Holistika, both ways, and that’s included. Recommended flights and arrival details are shared with registered guests, so please wait for your “Retreat confirmed” email before booking.

Do I need a passport?

Yes. You’ll need a valid passport and any other travel documents for Mexico; please check the dates on yours now.

Do I need travel insurance?

Yes, it’s required. Choose a policy that covers trip delays and cancellation, and add the details on your guest page.

What is the Visitax?

Quintana Roo charges visitors a small tax (about 285 MXN). Pay it online at visitax.gob.mx before you travel and keep the QR code.

Will there be Wi-Fi?

Yes, though I’ll gently invite you to use it less.

What if I need to cancel?

Your deposit holds your place and isn’t refundable. The full refund schedule is shown before you pay and in the agreement you sign.

Applying takes two minutes. I read every one personally and reply within two days.
